  1. What we need is properly targeted taxation. There is money in the economy, but it is stale and stagnant, sat in property and offshore accounts that won't grow the economy I won't pretend it's an easy fix, but it's the only fix. Get that wealth moving and productive and we'll see recovery start to happen. While the money is allowed to stagnate then the economy will stagnate too

  6. Nobody wanted to put their name on the consequences of no lockdown and no furlough. Some are saying it now, but It's like that guy in the pub who claims he definitely would have chinned that guy if he'd been in the fight, but only ever says it after the fight is over...
