 @scarfhs1 rail and water are always going to be monopolies. We need democratic accountability for them, as there is no market to apply market pressure on them!

@DocNick68 I don't like private imvolvement in healthcare. They'll always take the easy cases and milk them for profit, while leaving complications to the public service If a business model only works by cherry picking the easy wins and leaving the public to carry the expensive, risky cases, we shouldn't allow privatisation
