  1. I think the big problem is we have newspapers that manufacture problems. Do we actually have an immigration crisis? If you didn't read about it in the news, would you notice it in your day to day life?

  2. They should be free if you already have a passport or driving licence. Really, they should be free, full stop! A small admin fee for replacements if you lose it would be acceptable

  5. Does feel like there's no point objecting to the concept of ID cards, as like everyone said, they don't do anything that isn't already done The key questions are - how much will this cost to run? - who has access to the database?
