Editorial bias is impossible to avoid. Even if you have the driest opinion-free facts and figures, you still have to curate which ones you present. There's only one front page, only one top headline Given that, it's best to know what the editorial bias is, then you know how to interpret their stories!

To be honest, the Forde report is an internal party matter that shouldn't be expected to be big news The anomaly is how quick the press were to jump on an internal antisemitism investigation. If there is a press conspiracy, it happened then, not now

This is normal If you want a reaction to the Forde report that matches the reaction to suspicions of antisemitism, you need dedicated efforts from multiple client media organisations Or in other words, there is no cover-up. There's just nobody able to amplify it enough to make it important

@CKNZ161 I agree that the press can have a huge influence on public opinion when they want to! My point here is, for the Forde report, the opposite is true. Most people don't care, so it would take huge, organised effort to make people care There's so many more effective things to put that effort into right now. The Forde report highlights some concerns that activists should definitely be aware of, but it's a dead end as far as the wider public are concerned. Signal boost the RMT instead!
