  6.  @lestrem11  It takes two to tango. The government need to share that blame for being unable to come to a settlement. They've had plenty of time to work something out!

  7.  @lestrem11  Because they have the power to control the terms of the settlement, and keep using that power to keep dragging the negotiation out

  8.  @lestrem11  Mick's being very open about progress, or the lack of it. The government are stubborn, to the extent that you might suspect they want a dramatic public fight. Could that be what they are doing?
