  2.  @MCDONALD6969  it's not the immigrants who are counted in the "per capita" bit without adding to the "GDP" bit Now, I say they have earned their retirement, but the economic fact is large numbers of retirees will reduce your GDP per capita numbers, and we need to plan for that
