@jamespaul6315 that is why I said investigating, not charging. Maybe there is fraud, maybe there isnt But if there is fraud, don't drag innocent people down with the guilty!

If he's committing fraud, then he needs investigating, but don't punish thousands of genuinely ill people just to stop your neighbour!
