  4.  @chrisj9700  the amount of managers is utterly average for the size of the NHS. It's not overmanaged

  5.  @chrisj9700  "diversity" is just normal HR in a company that hires internationally. It's a normal part of being a large modern organisation. It will have a large pay packet, because that's the market rate other large organisations pay. Being a publicly owned organisation doesn't insulate you from market forces And let's face it, moaning about management is something everyone does, even where things are actually well run!
