@BroFromBrum to answer the last bit, I object to talk of privatisation, because 90% of advocates aren't trying to solve real problems. The NHS is underfunded, and has too much profit-driven subcontracting that prioritises dividends over patients If you don't look at the problems, then either you're misguided, or have an ulterior motive that isn't about better patient care

@BroFromBrum No, Italy, Spain and Portugal have very similar state managed health care systems to the NHS. New Zealand and Malta are fairly close too You can also argue there's not much difference between a state regulated non-profit Bismark style health system and the NHS - both have strong government oversight, and ultimately, what's the practical difference between a tax, and compulsory insurance?

@BroFromBrum Italy, Spain and Portugal are state owned and state run. I say very close, rather than identical, because there are differences - as an example, Spain is more regionally managed than nationally managed, but still state owned and state run That's what I mean by very similar. Not reg-for-reg identical, but extremely close in funding and principles

@BroFromBrum we need a government that isn't neglecting it's responsibility. It won't be quick, but the economy and the NHS are fixable. We just need a government that wants to fix them!
