@Solihul886 if the private sector can't deliver in a sector that is critical for society, and has profound consequences for the economy, maybe we shouldn't be trusting the private sector to deliver housing?

@Solihul886 I don't believe in private sector investment, but I do believe government can fix things, if there's wide enough engagement and people holding them to account
