Specifically on banking, they all owe is their jobs. The whole of banking should be paying high taxes to pay back everyone else for bailing them out!

@liveitlarge68 in terms of the Pounds spent, the books are balanced, but a decade of austerity left the rest of the country short of investment. The indirect costs are the poor productivity everywhere training and infrastructure was slashed to cover the bailout As for another crash? Very possible, given that the Tories want to tear out every regulation put in place to guard against another crash...

@liveitlarge68 follow the success stories around the world! Successful economies are high tax, high investment. It's not the taxes that puts off business, it's the lack of skills and the crumbling infrastructure
