We are European, that's basically it. We're talented, but so are everyone else. We can add more people and global influence to the community - just like any other member Once we're comfortable with being a member, rather than a special exception, there's no reason for barriers, and every reason to be part of the community

@chrisj9700 they had a referendum to be full members and have a seat at the table. They voted no. If you democratically choose not to be part of the EU parliament, that's a democratic choice being respected 🤷‍♂️

@frankoneill5675 the EU is a peace project and a regulatory superpower. If our Europeanness is sincere, we don't need anything other than that enthusiasm to be part of the EU

@Rocket Surgeon that was our past. I sincerely believe we are changing, and soon the dinosaurs in our politics will realise this. Whether they evolve, bow out or need pushing is up to them, but change is coming!
