I think the big problem is politicians across the board (and journalists too) aren't being honest about just how many people are retiring right now. If we're going to cover their jobs and let them enjoy retirement we need a lot of people coming in The fact that our "leaders" are looking for scapegoats and excuses rather than making sure we have infrastructure for both our retirees, and the new generation taking over from them (regardless of where they were born) is the heart of the problem

  5.  @lucyjordan3188  but why does it have to be my house? Why not renovate abandoned and neglected houses, or build new ones? We need people working in this country, so why are we forcing so many people to stay out of work?
