If the broadest group votes against, that could be enough to break confidence in the givernment, but if it's only the very core ERG then it would be a minor backbench rebellion that won't be an issue Current gossip suggests it will only be the most stubborn few rebelling, so Sunak has probably kept the Party on the rails... for now
