  4.  @stefanpietrzyk8079  so we're all supposed to become bosses? Quite apart from the scaling problem, not everyone has the savings to do that. Maybe more countries need something like Italian social cooperatives, that give tax breaks to a cooperative largely formed from the unemployed? We would need more initiatives like that to make it realistic for more people to be their own (cooperatively shared) boss
