  4.  @mpgnz73  the government owns the contracts and has final say on industrial disputes The Tory government are the ones responsible here. Look at Scotland and Wales - where the contract isn't controlled by the Tories, no problems!

  6. The train company contracts are with the government, and those contracts give the government control over certain things One of those things is negotiation with the Unions any deal has to be signed off by the Tories, and the Tories are blocking everything
