@jjefferyworboys8138 I want a successful, productive country. They've had decades to show that they can invest in the nation and grow the economy, and they have failed, spectacularly If they've not got any better plans for that wealth than letting it go stale in a tax haven, why not tax it and put it to better use?

@NoName-ql1wk It doesn't happen though! As long as there is profit to be made, business will happen. Companies won't choose "no income" over "some income"

@NoName-ql1wk poor infrastructure and training is a bigger barrier though! We can't improve infrastructure and training without funds, and they have to come from taxes

@Bobby-xr4bo they are choosing the EU already - if we are going to bootstrap the country and build infrastructure we will have to work what we do still have pretty hard. There won't be room for indulgences or vanity projects!
