What you would have learned in the youth, you would have forgotten meanwhile, if you didn't use the knowledge. So output is the same.

People who just "trust", are stupid anyway. Usual they should apply critical evaluation. But the result stays the same. The "little knowing guy" is not only the most confident, he is also the only one beeing understood. He brings other people, to the same level as he already is. That's a small step , for him and the auditory. The professor has so many knowledge, involves so many details and prerequisites in knowledge that actually nobody can understand him.

You should never trust anybody. Either you understand, or you don't understand. if you trust, you come out with results like "god made the earth in 7 days".

Talk with more stupid people, so you realize how much you already know, how much better than others you already are. If you just learn to know something, yes this could be considered narcissism. It should have a real world application one day.

This the the content of the video. It explained what people are going to vote for. It's the people, who elect such confident appearing people. It's not the fault of the Politicians to be elected although little knowing.

It's only a problem for external observers. If the intelligent people say "I need to learn more" it's quiet good for the world to go ahead.

@DoremiFasolatido1979 Of course nobody is perfect, and intelligence is a relative measure, but there are some who have more than others.
