Customers should realize, they are not paying for the product, they pay for shop heating, shop decoration, bagging boys, staff stacking shelfs etc., or just building a shop bigger, to store products you only buy once a year or never. It's not free service, it's what makes products more expensive. So "discount" is not courtesy, it's just reducing costs.
