  2. Not really. But if you say jack smith is eating cats, jack smith can sue you. Only Single persons. There is law on groups, to prevent racism too, but that had to go as far as raising riots against hawaiians.they eat cat is not even hate speach.

  6. ​ @nealandkriz to dissallow raising riots, call for mass murder and such, is Done in the name of morality. That's the idea of german constitution. Wasnt even trump sued for calling out for the riots on january 6th ? There is no difference from usa to germany.

  7. Freedom to kill is not existing and unnegotiable. Planning riots isn't either. Planning to be criminal in public is legal in USA but not in germany. What about the Freedom to drink in public?

  9. So you don't have the freedom to sue somebody for whatever you like, he can spread the wildest rumours, ruin your reputation and you cannot do anything about it ? That's a really terrible country if you cannot aquire help to stop it. But injunction does exist, so your presentation might be wrong.
