  1. Everyone thinks he is something better. Each religion is the right one, and its god is the only true god. A rugby player thinks his sport is better than playing soccer. And if one bought a Ford, he probably thinks it's better than a cadillac. It's normal, people want to feel special.

  2.  Henry  The general term is Chauvinism. The Nazi word is not that strange, cause this is just extreme chauvinism. But of cause applied to jews it's strange, cause it can go in two directions. Either its "everybody who criticizes a Jew is a Nazi", that is overdone political correctness, or the Jews behave like Nazis, due to the "choosen people" theory. It's just an undiplomatic word for the content.
