Now you added the information, you talk about North America, and about farmers markts. People shopping at farmers market, is no contradiction to the statement "95% of people do not shop at farmers market". They buy the products at discounters. If you conclude from full farmers market "the majority of people in the world loves to shop there", it's simply nonsense. So you are right, with some side conditions. People with a good income, like hand made products. So we can both be correct, just have to be more exact in language. In central Arika, hand-made products are considered cheap and low quality, and rich people buy supermarket products. Isn't the world funny ?

No country in Europe has a policy to ban Nazis from any job, cause it's freedom of opinion and freedom of speach and so on. Sind right wing people love uniforms and law and order etc, maybe they are attracted by the national guard.

  18. Have you never made the experience, something does not break, if you step on it, but it breaks if you hop on it ? You have more power, it gives more energy to a single spot. (Not just gravitation or the pure muscle, but also kinetic energy). So you simply can put more weight onto the dough then folding it. It's not really a requirement, but if you apply less power, you have to do more folds and it would take longer. If their approach is to do it manually, without any electric energy, it's one way to solve the problem.

  29.  @andresmcmanus2949  Maybe in the museum. Go to a supermarket, put a $1can of factory made soup, beside a $5can of soup made manually by your grandma, and see what people will buy. "valueing" things is a luxury you need to afford in first place. It's a known phenomenon , even people who say they are willing to pay more, do this only if there is no cheaper product next to the expensive one. (your online is rather 'narrow-minded' and I don't have the idea you thought one second about it, or travelled the world).
