  1. There is no useless Vitamin. You don't need a video for each single one. If they tell you, you do have a deficit, without having you testet, they just make you crazy. It's the same as telling you, you have cancer - Take a pill. They play with your fears.

  3. How have you found out, everybody around you has a deficit ? Or sunblocker would block Vitamin D production ? Is this just your fantasy ?

  4.  @creaturefeaturecosplay  Well there is a hype around this Vitamin going on. Everybody wants to sell it, that's why everybody recommends it. It's pure advertisement. And you treat it like "as more people talk about it, as more it must be true". That's the definition of a hype. Sunblocker is blocking UV light, but since you get a tan, with sunblocker on, you also get enough Vitamin D with sunblocker on. However, with your "2 friends" and "exceptional people exist everywhere" you might be right. But to conclude from 2 people to a "widespread problem" you are exaggerating. Thats not scientific. And yes, people who work inside or at night or in a mine, are affected everywhere. It's just, they are rare. Actually I didn't want to protest too harsh, just people should not have more worries than necessary. Mankind survived since million years without pills.
