  2. Actually lot of this is ruled by law, there are inspectors for hygiene, for fire security, for escape ways and ventilation and whatever. There is actually no space unsafe for queers in germany.

  3. Separation of industry and residential is quiet a good approach. You don't want to live beside a coal mine or chemical factory. But of course you want shops, schools and doctors where you live.

  4. Create a mystery around it and have a name in the world, is what makes it unique. People talk about it, cause they know the person listening knows the name. You talk about clubs in Atlanta, you don't mention their name, cause you know people don't know the names anyway. This is what makes the difference.
