  1.  @bryguy306  No, that's just the riskavoiding approach. Things can be fragile, as long as they don't break. The problem is only to deal with insecurity. Human body is fragile. Electricity is dangerous and fatal - but we learned to deal with it.

  2. Workforce is not a problem, if at all relation from working to non-working population is. But this is changing worldwide, can be corrected by later retirement etc. A long term steady change, will always be perceived as a serious of short term serious of little shocks. If something cannot be solved in 5 minutes, but in 5 years, people get a headake, but thats just a fear of change in general. Something will change, people get used to it, and everything will be fine.
