  1. Proven what? Taliban survived because of US money that was being send to them by Pakistan. The war continues. This modern warfare of economy and Taliban has no answer to it. Wait for another six months there will be civil unrest against Taliban.

  2.  Roc  They actually have. US has killed terrorists and millitants mostly. Taliban has killed anyone they didn't like or didn't listen to them. It was harder for them to kill US soldiers, easier to kill locals to create fear. They believe in ruling with an iron fist.

  5.  Roc  Check reports local Afghan media, US and NATO documents, intelligence services etc. Taliban has executed 15000 of Hazara people alone. How many Tajiks, how many shias were killed by them?
