  1. Auroville was build out of a barren land. There were barely any trees and water was scarce. Red soil used to flow into the ocean during the monsoons and turn the sea red. Now there is a dense forest. It is incredible.

  2. Pondicherry has changed a lot since 2006. It is even better in many ways now.
