  3. Is a contract a contract when it is not legally binding as this one isn't? Who is it between? ' Reform PLC and 'the people' ? Where is 'the people' 's signature on this contract? Who is representing 'the people'. What are the penalty clauses which are to be applied if Reform UK PLC doesn't fulfil this "contract"? Starts off with a lie! And then spouts nonsense in an angry shouty voice.
