Hardly a city!! A town maybe, like Margate or Stroud or Loughborough or Weymouth in the UK

@lazurusknight2724 The discussion was whether Pokrovsk was a city or not. It is certainly not a village, certainly not a city. It is what people in most countries would call a town. Why did you get so angry? Are you alright?

@geoffreyduckworth6062 What is your definition of a city in the UK? It is complicated. It sometimes includes cathedrals and sometimes doesn't . One definition was this: A minimum population of 300,000. A "local metropolitan character"—this implied that the town had a distinct identity of its own and was the centre of a wider area. A good record of local government. An exception was later made for Leicester which had a population of 230000 people. Stoke on Trent with a population of 294 000 people had its original application to be a city refused but then accepted because it was the centre of the pottery industry. etc etc There are pages about this complicated subject on wikipedia... Many 'cities' in UK are in fact collections of towns and villages. Example: City of Sunderland, including the towns of Hetton-le-Hole, Houghton-le-Spring and Washington as well as Sunderland with a population of 575000. Anyway I think that you can see that 60000 population hardly counts as a city.
