  2.  @lenaannis8787  I can say it for the same reason we stopped Hitler. It was European appeasement which stood back and did nothing while Hitler advanced into other countries. How did that work out for you? The American people had to come TWICE to Europe to save your pacifist asses! WE don't want to come again! The new threat is Iran and its military interfering across the entire mideast. We move to stop them, while you eat your baguette. The very least you can do is to keep your mouth full and your lips closed, while we fight the Islamic lunatics.
