Let's look at the facts, despite what Neil tells you. First, if you retire 65/ live 80 you will receive vastly more money than you paid in. Second, pensions were started when people lived a LOT less than they do now. Unions have resisted raising contributions while at the same time the worker/retired ratio has changed leaving too few workers to support too many retirees. Something HAS to be done, and Macron had to make the tough decisions. Our food shelves here in the USA are bursting with food. The crazies are getting too much attention.
