  1. I walk through the mall four times a week. Sears is and was the most POORLY RUN of any store I've ever been in. Don't even MENTION their home installation business. It's a nightmare. Parts? Fuggetabout it! You can buy the equipment, but don't expect to get parts there. They made too many stupid decisions. Snow blowers in July is just one of them.
