  1. They should FIRE THEIR MANAGEMENT. They are the absolute worst. Walk through their stores. What a fiasco! They have snow blowers in August! Our store sells snow blowers when we get about TWO INCHES of snow annually! But, try getting a PART for the equipment they sell!! Their home installation crew should be fired. The absolute worst.
