  2.  @donaldclifford5763  I remember a famous line of his saying how (in effect) that he was Suprised that the rich would just keep their money instead of investing it. I thought to myself... Why not cut their taxes IF THEY INVEST.. Not just cut and expect them to suddenly boost the economy!! But, what do I know! The same for tax breaks for companies that promise to hire UP TO.... so many thousand workers in exchange for tax abatement. Why not give them the tax forgiveness WHEN they hire those "thousands"
