Dalio feels that college needs to be open to all. Our publics hooks are open to all, and they've been a catastrophe. The lower class needs to struggle. Struggle to afford college, struggle to own a home, struggle to pass wealth down to your children. Without struggle, you have a rubber stamp failed college system, a destroyed crime ridden, public housing fiasco, and a new generation that absent help from mom and dad, have to start from zero. If you yearn for equality, move to Moscow... then you can be told that you're equal.
