  1. Why weren't the banks prosecuted? Because they committed NO CRIMES!! They were doing what Democrats forced them to do....loans for losers! BTW. Bernie doesn't mention that the banks paid back EVERY PENNY with INTEREST. Once again, the government is looking to shift the blame from their incompetence onto those "evil banks". YOU'RE THE ONE that makes the regulations Bernie. YOU'RE the one responsible for this banking fiasco.
