Right. Since it's the "wealthy" that pay most of the taxes BY FAR, then it only seems reasonable that they should get the biggest tax cuts. Look it up. See what the top 1% pay.. Top 10% pay. The poor don't pay anything. The lower middle class hardly pay anything.

Jimmy Carter on the other hand was a CATASTROPHE for interest rates, unemployment, and the stock market. I'd take a Reagen economy back in a heartbeat.
