The government does NOT give us that right, and therefore CAN NOT take it away. That is why we don't have Chinese (or our very own government) try to enslave US like the people of Tibet. The people have guns. MANY, MANY GUNS. However, the Constitution DOES NOT grant the right to abortion. This is a matter of politics and can be changed at the pleasure of the government currently in charge. The law changes? Then your right changes. With guns, it is a Constitutional change that is required, NOT THE COURTS.
