  2.  @michaelmckeever2734  Get paid up a few months ahead as a cushion. Don't spend a lot on furniture. Buy used OLD PEOPLE furniture of excellent quality. Learn repair skills, Take PROACTIVE care of your house. Set an example for your neighbors in landscape. Always put a few extra bucks on the principle EARLY in the game as possible. New roof..new HVAC..ONLY in the off (not busy) season with QUALIFIED companies (no pickup truck roofers etc..) Good luck.

  3. Stay away from ANYTHING global. When we go global, who gets to decide who is in control? You can't even trust a priest today, do you want to put someone, ANYONE in charge of currency? If I'm not happy with the dollar, then I can buy euro. Let's hope we keep it that way.

They sell at the lowest cost possible, driving YOUR markets out of business, and then follow up by raising prices. Let's not forget that you'll be left with massive unemployment. Illegal immigrant DATA is inherently flawed because they work in the underground economy and therefore don't show up in the official numbers that these researchers use to bamboozle the rest of us. New Jersey was and IS STILL infamous for hiring under the table. A raise in the minimum wage indeed did cause higher unemployment, but failing to get a job at McDonald's, graduating teens merely LEFT and joined the military, a data point totally ignored by their study. Remember, this is the same body that awarded Obamao the peace prize, yet IGNORED the Uber historic Abraham peace accords in acted by Trump! They're a fraud, and so are these researchers.
