  1. The Communists in China, just want to be able to say "we're number one". Anything else is not all that important. I saw a video once where they mentioned during holiday meals, where guests are served, it was the most important by far to have quantity over quality. They want to put on a face of prosperity, even if it's not true.

  3. Don't you worry! The USA can EQUALLY have a bankrupt rail system just like China!! Just keep voting for Democrats! In fact, the California teachers pension fund is heavily invested in China. They'll be bankrupt too!
