A 40,000 car doesn't cost 40,000 . It depreciates by half in four years. That's 5000 a year. Roughly $425 a month. Is $15 a day worth spending an hour or two at some shit bag bus stop with the freaks and weirdos? Good luck! Ride your bicycle. Take the bus. Don't forget shopping, entertainment, doctor appointments, etc.. Meanwhile... At SOME POINT. It's paid off, and I'm riding for gas, repairs, insurance, and maintenance. FAR, FAR LESS than $5000 a year.
