  1. He's right. It's not about the "total" amount of KWH that's needed. That's not the problem. The problem is the TIMING of when that 30% is needed. That's why we have brown outs and power interruptions on a hot day in summer. Too many air conditioners running at the same time. Factor THAT in, with millions of cars plugging in at the end of the day, and you can see the real problem. But Norway has hydroelectric power. Here in the USA, the greenies want dams torn down.
