  1. So let's say that I sell something in Russia and the bill is paid in Rubes. Where do I spend the Rubles? If I want to buy from anyone OTHER than Russia, I need to convert to dollars or Euro, yen etc... So let the snake India that buys oil from a murderer in order to save some Rupee deal with Rubles. When it comes tie for them to buy defense equipment or aircraft from the USA (since Russian equipment has shown to be garage) they still pay in dollars. No big issue here at all. Let them hope they don't wake up one day with Roubles that fell in value by ten percent overnight.
