  1. 300-400k homes are NOT starter homes. All the "calculations" that take about a monthly payment are wrong because MANY of those buyers are selling their current home to move up to a better more expensive home. Second... go back 20 years and look at home prices...NOW adjust for inflation.. You'll see that home prices are not in a bubble.
