When asked who God approved of more, the one that gave a lot or gave a little... he said that God loves a cheerful giver It isn't up to government to BUY VOTES by stealing from one to give to another. Each person must decide for themselves WHO, WHEN and WHERE to donate to. Then YOU can benefit by feeling good on a personal level. Now, the question here is why are YOU not providing for your brother? Sell all that you have, everything and give it to him. He's your brother! If you won't, why ask others to give? If you do so...
