  3. The Philippines thumbed their nose at the Americans, that was until China started to abuse them. Then they came crawling back. Everybody wants their money. Nobody wants them. In fact, they're getting raked over the coals in Africa. The natives were expecting jobs, but got jeers instead. I'm happy to see them "influence" Southeast Asia.
