@tastypymp1287 No, it's greed. So many of us across the country literally can't afford to turn on the heating anymore, that's how skint we are.
2
@tastypymp1287 No and neither have you. But I'm talking more about ethics here.
2
@davidadiwego4608 You're not making much sense.
2
Respect for religion comes long after respect for people.
2
Because your own obsession with Tate makes this a worthwhile story for them to run. Look how easily they get so many Tate fanboys running to engage with all the BBC content the second they imply wrongdoing on his part. In short, you're being played. Thanks for taking part.
2
@user-ws1cl2eq5w Right, you say you're following this story because you're committing super shady business dealings and are worried you might be found in breach of the law. So you're not a Tate fan, just a horrible scumbag. Got it.
2
What research? You sound completely delusional.
2
It actually doesn't.
2
@ryanm3644 The monarchy works?
2
Crashed. Keep up.
2
@muckraker7942 You think marriage is for children? That's sick!
2
The "notion" of universal healthcare has nothing to do with insurance. It works because healthcare is funded by everyone's tax contributions and is free at the point of use. It breaks when people try to make it profitable and its never even been earnestly attempted in the US.
2
@rachelkristine4669 The 90s "classics" are largely dross, pushing unhealthy messages on kids.
2
@razor2260 So go and care about those other issues then? What are you doing about them? Nothing, that's what.
2
@_ArsNova So if firearms aren't the issue, you could remove firearms and the exact same scenarios would still be playing out with the same frequency. Is that honestly the argument you want to make?
2
This has nothing to do with that and you'd have to be pretty far-gone to think otherwise.
2
That's really short-sighted of you.
2
@Huntsdown You think Trump was given to you by "God". But you feel in a position to question someone else's grasp on reality?
2
I love 7hr old accounts trying to act like they're not simply fronts for propaganda.
2
@notjustforhackers4252 The problem is that evidence has been presented and the debate has been had. But the fossil fuel industry encouraged a a bunch of know-nothing loons, made furious by their insecurity, to insist that the debate wasn't done because they hadn't personally been consulted. That is, pretty much, how simple it is. But go ahead and deny it anyway, go on. It'll make you feel better.
2
No-one is forcing you to have a TV licence.
2
I'd argue that laws should respect the citizens they're designed to serve.
2
You had child beauty pageants and Catholic priests raping kids long before gay marriage was legalised. Why not address those, rather than lie about reasons to oppose gay marriage?
2
That's a really dumb way to approach news sources critically.
2
@benjamindover4337 Except they're not watching if they're scrolling on past, are they?
2
That's rubbish. The Windsors haven't bought a scrap of stability to this country, no matter how much people like to repeat that lie. And continuity? As in having an unelected head of state? How is that in any way better?
2
@susanwestern6434 Then how come first world nations with far less population density consume so much more than third world nations?
2
@maxwellthomas1220 Are you genuinely asking why wealthy countries are suffering less from resource scarcity?
2
If you think we gave other people the wheel, I'd question the value of that education they supposedly benefitted from.
2
@jimthompson9370 There's evidence of it from at least the 4th century CE.
2
@jimthompson9370 Excerpt from volume 50, issue 3, of the journal "Africa" which can be found on the Cambridge University press.
2
Is Russia a 3rd world country now?
2
I think you're punching above your weight there.
2
@alfredestrada2729 Are you able to measure that? Widespread tourism wasn't a thing prior to her time on the throne. And plenty of European countries, like France, got rid of their monarchy but their palaces do better than ours when it comes to tourism.
2
The East India Company is rightly gone, though the scars of their crimes remain.
2
@cd0071 Childish response from someone with nothing to say.
2
You should be asking whether that claim is true instead.
2
@MrMustangMan Send the guns back? To where?
2
Dogs can be gay too.
2
@QwadLuzr What rights are you scared are going to be taken from you?
2
@buddymacbuddington And that alone says quite a bit and sends a message to Putin, that he can't count on direct support from his "closest allies".
2
@craigs71 What's the difference? Why does it matter to you?
2
@ayoolukoga9829 All that proves is that my morality is stronger than yours, since it relies solely on my judgement rather than a codified rulebook. You need a magical father figure to teach you right from wrong. Most of us can figure it out for ourselves.
2
@konten_menghibur Heartwarming words from across the world. Good on you.
2
@tastypymp1287 You think the US' consistent string of civilian mass shootings is a minor wrongdoing?
2
Is that why 1 in 5 women in Uganda are victims of sexual abuse?
2
You might want to actually find out what Marxist means before slinging it about blindly. And work on the insults. "Foxtrot Oscar off" indeed...
2
@martingardens This guy believes in chem trails, he'll never be able to back up his mad claims.
2
@georgeorwell-il2wz Positing how futile it is to hold hatred and discrimination towards someone over something that doesn't affect you or that they have any control over isn't an argument? Alright, genius. It might not be the most thorough of arguments but it definitely counts and its a damn sight more than anything you've put forward.
2
Bit late for that.
