  1. No. Divers can work, at most, at depths of barely over 100 metres. Any deeper and the pressure is too much. We don't know where the submersible is or how deep it is. But the Titanic is about 3,810 metres down. So even if the submersible is only a quarter of the way down, its too deep for divers.
