You call yourself an accidental landlord which is a lie, as you earlier made clear that you "decided to rent it". And now you're complaining about increased costs when few are feeling that more keenly than renters who, unlike you, have NO fallback. Oh, and "overregulation", which speaks volumes about the attitude landlord's hold their tenants in. No, I have zero sympathy for your greed. Plus the idea you were renting a 3 bedroom house out for £500pcm, which makes me inclined to call your entire story a lie but whatever...

@neonovaC You didn't give valuable advice. You gave me a lie. "Work hard and better yourself", I've watched people work hard and try to better themselves my entire life. All they get is exploited and ground down. Its also the response of a moron because they don't understand how a society functions. If people like me didn't work in warehouses, people like you wouldn't benefit from a company like Amazon. Because they wouldn't be able to function. If everyone took your "valuable advice" you'd be the first to cry about it, because no-one is doing the jobs you saw as below you. And you're continuing to lie. Without landlords, do you think the houses would just disappear? You're trying to suggest that we owe them, when in fact they are simply exploiting us by turning housing, an essential need, into a market that they've cornered. I'll be blunt, everything about how you're spinning yourself is a lie. Isn't it. You're not 30, you're not from a poor background, you've worked no harder than anyone else. It's all a lie. Because that's what you have to do to defend the indefensible. People like you make me sick.

And no, unless you can specify the part of a town in the UK where 3 bed houses are rented for £500pcm, I'm gonna call you a liar. Plus, telling people "you need to move" is the dumbest statement you could make in this debate. If people can barely afford to keep a roof over their head how the hell do you think they can afford to uproot their entire life and move to another region?
