  1.  @jillybean3688  Your stats don't seem reliable. You mention a pie-chart but this is a purely hypothetical chart that you've constructed. There's no pie-chart of dog bites where pitbulls comprise nearly three quarters of it. Citing PSI isn't relevant, it indicates how painful and forceful a bite will be but says nothing as to how aggressive the breed is. And yeah, the "locking jaw" thing is a myth. So just based on that, we have to question the veracity of your stats and where they came from. Do pitbulls hold the top spot for fatal attacks in the US? They do. They're also one of the most abused dog breeds in the WORLD. That gives a lot of context to attacks by pitbulls, a trend that continues with the other fore-runners such as rottweilers and German shephards. It also doesn't tell us anything about pitbull aggression in general. A chihuahua is far more likely to bite you, it just doesn't really do any damage. Dogs are, for the most part, products of their environment. If a dog is abused, tortured and forced to fight other dogs, it's gonna develop a mean streak. Any animal would, humans included. It's that simple. And don't call me a hypocrite for pointing out your own hypocrisy. That's effectively doubling down on it. You dismissed Erik's anecdotal evidence but have repeatedly cited your own as being sufficient. You can't have it both ways. Whereas I'm not giving any anecdotal evidence so where do you get off throwing out accusations of hypocrisy? You've already stated your refusal to listen or consider other opinions on this which suggests that you're just trying to stir the pot to get your 15 minutes of attention. Well, here you go. Now everyone is paying attention to you because you're acting like a petulant child.
